One of the most significant area of research in the world is development of the next generation Military Command and Control Systems. Modeling of extraterrestrial communication systems is helping scientists and engineers in design and development of the next generation Military Command and Control Systems.

While many in the world are waiting with open antennae expecting to hear from Extra-terrestrials in acoustic and/or non-acoustic wavelengths, scientists are realizing that the extraterrestrials communicate through discharge of ions and chemicals.

This newly evolving technology is helping design and development of the new generation Military Command and Control Systems that is out of reach for any enemy with terrestrial technologies.

The whole technology lies in discharging chemicals and positive or negative ions in the environment and be able to read the same on the other end with precision. A concept called creation of chemical and ionic signatures help the process. The variation of ions and chemicals in the environment is sensed and fed into a computer algorithm. The signatures are recognized through the complex algorithm.

Finding minute variations in chemical and ionic signatures over seconds is the toughest part of the technology. The system provides complete seclusion from typical electronic communication detection systems and signal monitoring processes.

According to some engineers, this method of communication when fully developed and implemented in civilian applications, the speed and cost of communication will increase many folds.

Interestingly, plants most likely communicate among themselves through a version of these methods. Changing the ions in the environment is providing clues to mind-to-mind communication commonly known as telepathy. Some researchers believe that communication through chemical and ionic signatures will soon guide the terrestrial technologies into mind-to mind communication.
